  Q/ N) a, q( r) oIf the agents use the same skill over and over again, their expertise will improve, but their motivation may decrease (Hackman & Oldham 1980; see also Hackman & Morris 1975). This may affect the performance in a number of ways. First, an increase in expertise will lead to an increase in performance. Second, the decrease in motivation may lead to a decrease in performance. Third, the decrease in motivation may lead to re-allocation of the task, i.e. task rotation.

呵呵,总体不错,但有些 专业词汇翻译有待改进,如Agent不用翻译、performance为“绩效”,skill为“技能”,expertise为“专业技能”。

& r- `5 E0 Z" K* Z请参照“翻译标准”和“翻译参考” 。4 K2 L: c8 k* F+ [8 w9 `/ ~& c7 y4 ^
