分布里面的 stream 到底是啥啊？

跪求各位高手，小弟数学功底差，不知道plant simulation中各种分布中的stream到底代表啥？、
) |/ h! \" Q6 K7 x: i6 z比如 uniform（stream，start，stop）
# F3 T1 g! a3 o: i& z1 \start和stop分别代表上下界，请问stream到底是啥呀？
